Where’s the ‘ONE’ in 1Malaysia ?

1Malaysia. We all know the secret recipe of a peaceful country is unity among the citizens, no matter the skin colours or the religions. Without unity, a country will never become a land of peace.

Where is the ‘ONE’ in 1Malaysia when we always fight among each other ? Fights without any points. Fights just to show power. This is terribly bad. We laugh at the other races when the other races fail or fall. We all know it is not the thing that we should do, but what do we do ? We keep on fighting among races and laugh when the other races fail or fall.

Where is the ‘ONE’ in 1Malaysia when we do not help each other ? We always avoid to help other races when we already know they are in need. We just ignore them and let them live in darkness without any help. We simply let them live that way. We, all the time, forget that they are our friends, our Malaysian friends. This is something that should not happen at all.

Malaysians, to put our country’s flag ahead of every flags in the world, we should stand together. United we stand, divided we fall. Even the weak become strong when they are united. Malaysians should stick together as a team. A colourful team, indeed. Colourful skin colour, colourful hari colours, ‘colourful’ language but with the same national anthem and same Malaysian heart.

Let’s ask ourselves, “Where is the ‘ONE’ in 1Malaysia ?”.
